Member Organization Registration

By participating in the Coalition, you will have an opportunity to work with others who are actively engaged in the childhood obesity prevention activities of the Coalition and the San Diego County Childhood Obesity Initiative.

The only requirement for participation is that you (and your organization) support the Coalition’s vision, mission, and goal.

During Registration, you will have the option to include your organization’s name on the Coalition’s list of participating organizations.

Please indicate the ways in which you would like to participate, by completing the information below. Knowing the Coalition’s participants will help us meet your needs and allow us to send you information.
